An opportunity to discover Greece. But please do not forget that the price reductions in a very high level of costs can hardly provide sufficient revenue for the Greek operators.
Here reigns the fluctuating market without regard to the parties. You might be able to reinvest with a little understanding for the particular situation and the willingness of the money saved on one point or another, do a really great holiday in Greece!

News: Greece qualify for South Africa!

Otto Rehhagel (Rehakles) has led Greece with a victory in the second game of the relegation to the 2010 World Cup. Following the surprising win of the Euro 2004 the qualification is the second major success of the 71-year-old trainer.

News: Change of government in Greece

The opposition Socialist PASOK won the early parliamentary election, the majority of the votes!
Thus, the ruling conservative party of Prime Minister Kostas Karamanlis has to give the power after about five and a half years.
The Panhellenic Socialist Movement of opposition leader Giorgos Papandreou reached after evaluation of 90% of the votes 43.35% and thus a majority of 160 votes in the Parliament of Athens.

News: The symbol of the love of freedom

An impressive destination, especially in September and October is the Monastery of Arkadi inland from Rethymnon. The monastery became known during the Cretan uprising against the Turks in 1866 in the world and a symbol of freedom, self-sacrifice and heroism. The "drama of Arkadi" was one of the major milestones of Greek history and shaped Crete, more than any other event.
